Born and brought up in India, she did all her education in Mumbai. She did her junior college in Commerce with Information Technology (IT) and soon found interest in computers. So she moved to science stream and did her Bachelors in Science in IT.
During the initial career she has been with Cloud Services group for Patni Computers in Mumbai, India. She worked extensively, researched multiple Clouds like VMware vCloud Suite, Eucalyptus Enterprise Cloud, Openstack, Cloudstack, Verizon CaaS, Microsoft Azure and RightScale and developed proof-of-concepts for same.
She was involved in designing, migrating, deploying and maintaining client solutions on Amazon Web Services Public Cloud for Cloud Services. Her core areas of skill are Cloud design and implementation, automated management and orchestration of infrastructure resources.
She enjoyed working on on-premise to Amazon Web Service (AWS) migration projects and it was a dream come true to eventually join AWS.
Currently she is a Senior Developer Advocate with Developer Relations team at AWS. She is passionate to share her experiences on building architectures with best practices, and help strengthen builders of tomorrow.
With AWS for last 10+ years she has also worked on multiple roles including being a Solutions Architect (SA) in ASEAN & India and a Cloud Support Engineer.
As a SA she has focused on the needs of cloud native customers. She has been leading conversations with businesses of all industries and sizes on innovation, as they deploy critical workloads onto the cloud.
Prior to it, she worked as a Cloud Support Engineer for AWS Premium Support in Cape Town, South Africa.
